  • I would absolutely stay away from this business. If you are interested in getting the softener and water treatment equipment I would recommend calling Rayne instead. I bought a unit from Alex and, within 4 years the tank broke. Alex charged me an additional $600 plus a $100 Service trip. The Rayne products have a LIFETIME warranty. Alex will tell you, his system is built specifically for the Arizona water, probably in his garage. The next time mine breaks, I'm going to go with a National company who will stand behind their products and treats their customers right. This is not a good product or company
