  • My floor looks good and I'm very happy with how it turned out. I think they went above and beyond to do it the "right way". The downside is the lack of communication from the owner/workers. I would have to pry information to figure out when they were coming back the next day (if they were even coming). Then, I forgot to ask for my receipt once I paid for the floor and I cannot get John to answer his phone or bring me a receipt. He has my money and I don't think I will be hearing from him again.
