  • The Caesars Entertainment properties continue to fail me. I requested a "clean, quiet room". Total Rewards customer service told me "they cannot guarantee special requests. I laughed when I read that email, but didn't realize a clean room truly was a special request. (Side note - unlike most vendors, Bally's and Total Rewards did not respond to social media complaints. ) Room is not clean. Anything above eye level (e.g. top of TV bureau) coated in dust and dirt. Carpeting worn down to floor. Poorly ventilation. While I am in a smoking room, I don't smoke heavily. Having the AC on for eight hours in an empty room should clear out the odors. Pretty bad when a smoker cannot stand the smell of smoke. I tire of the constant onslaught of perfume and facial vendors in the public spaces. Having these scam artists beckoning people into their shoos with false compliments and promises of free gifts is so very shady and sleazy. And the time share folks stationed at the front door are worse. There is more but my point is made. Bally's is just another dump in the toilet bowl called Caesars Entertainment.
