  • Hooray for the Vikings. Sure they might have looted and pillaged their way across Europe and spawned plenty of bad death metal bands, but in the grand scheme of things that's pretty minor. Why? Because without a little genetic mutation spawned in Scandinavia that allows adults to continue consuming dairy all their lives, I'd have to avoid the amazing cheese section that Penn Mac has and would be stuck eating some funky soy based cheese or *gasp* having to do without and that would be a sad day indeed. With enough cheeses to make Wallace & Gromit happy, you are bound to find what you are looking at Penn Mac. And if you don't know what you are looking for the cheesemongers are great in helping you find your whey. If that was all Penn Mac had it would still be a required shopping destination, but they have so much more. Their deli is just as amazing with the best Prosciutto di Parma you can buy. And If you can't find the olive oil or other Italian ingredients you need here then the only place you are going to find them is back in Italy.
