  • Very poor service. We were suppose to get a pickup between 11.50am and 12.10pm. We had to call Bell Trans to find out why the shuttle did not arrive at our hotel, The Palazzo. Finally the pickup (#250) came at 12.35pm. We will have to rush through the airport and hopefully catch our flight. We come to Las Vegas yearly. We will NEVER use Bells Trans again. Poor service. Use the other airport transport companies!!!
