  • Horrible costumer service from manager roger at this store , he yelled at me and was very disrespectful, you dont treat a costumer like that as a manager he's supposed to help me and find a solution to the matter , if he doesnt like his job he should quit , no person like him should have a job that involves costumer service , he yelled like crazy at me for no reason , and was very annoyed answering to my petition and then he just leaves me talking and shows me the hand , by ignoring me and my request to return a closed product i just payed for 2 hrs before my visit again this same day. The cashier at this store never told me the product didnt have a refund and that i couldnt return it anymore, I would never ever buy anything from this dirty store with disrespectful workers!! The good thing of all this is i didn't gave up and didn't stayed quiet and i called to corporate after the incident . Star the manager at party usa in south rampart in summerlin was very nice and professional and offered me her help and a total refund for the product i wanted to return , with no problems she did it in less than 5 min . And she even apologized for the bad moment i had to experience because of others , i totally recommend this location , amazing costumer service they made my day ! I didn't deserve going through that madness and consternation of why this guy roger was so mean and disrespectful! Disgusting attitude!! Thank you again to star and the workers in party usa South Rampart!! Roger eat that :)
