  • Have I really not written a review for Roaring Fork yet? I guess not. Roaring Fork is one of my favorite restaurants. The food quality is always consistent and delicious. The green chili mac & cheese, salmon, duck, and lamb chop fondue are all delicious. It's usually hard to decide what I want, since I want it all! Make sure you save room for their fried banana dessert, so good! It's definitely large enough to share. It used to come with cinnamon gelato which was delicious (please bring it back?!). The service is always friendly and they're very accommodating for larger parties. I've always gotten a signed card by everyone when coming here for my birthday. I recommend making a reservation. Overall, I love coming here because I know I'm going to leave with a happy belly and be well taken care of the whole time.
