This place is not an emergency hospital. I took my kitten here for her first few shots with no problem. She broke her leg one day and taking her here was the worst idea. I was charged $400-$500 for nothing. They used a splint and instructed me to wait a day to see what happens. My kitten was not having it so we took her to the Toronto Veterinary Emergency Hospital. Turns out the vet at Eastside further displaced her fractured leg with an oversized splint that only put her in more pain. She needed a surgery, not even suggested by the Eastside vet.
If you're looking for a vet to give your pet regular shots, your fur baby will be fine. But I would NEVER recommend this place for an emergency.
