I stayed here with my parents for a couple of nights. The room was ok, our view was a partial view of the pool, obstructed by a beam/ ladder of sorts outside the window. The walls were on the thin side, and noises from the hallway were easily heard inside. I really didnt mind it much because I cam prepared with earplugs, and headphones. But in the evening, I woke up from sleep, I was coughing and congested, and the smell of cigarette smoke permeated the room! We were supposed to be in a non-smoking room and when I complained, all that was said was "sorry" and to approach the front desk in the morning for a possible room switch. In the meantime, my parents and I had to inhale all that smoke while we slept. Truly disappointing. Harrahs should do something about this, because the last thing a guest needs is getting sick while on vacation.
