  • I received services one year ago from this company, price was good, response time was fantastic. Not to mention that my air conditioning issues were fixed. Shy of one year, I experienced a problem with my upstairs unit. I called the owner back to see if he could make time to come back out, to see what my problem was, being that I still had the receipt for services not quite the year before. Unfortunately, he made promises to call me back, to schedule a time, was very defensive saying that "if the problem had anything at all to do with his work" then yes, he would repair it, etc. I "never" received a call back from him, advising of his plan to come back out to my home to even take a look at my air conditioning unit. One year later, not only is my upstairs unit not working, but again, my downstairs unit as well. Back to square one. Obviously, this company does NOT stand by their product or reputation AFTER they've received your money and seem to either use parts that are not as brand new as they say they are, or simply repair for the short term. I am extremely disappointed that initially, I received NO interest nor response from this company, regarding coming out to even LOOK at work that very well could've been faulty on his part. Having both of my units break down again within one year of service....I am not too happy to either recommend and will certainly NEVER use this service again. Ms. Hannah
