rev:text	WARNING! DO NOT LIVE HERE! I wanted to wait until my lease was over to give a review, but I am hoping to save people trouble. I chose to live here because it was a bit cheaper, but for what I am getting it is the most overpriced place I have ever lived. -The place has central air which is awful. On warm winter days or whenever you use your oven it is gonna be hot since you only have the option of a heater. There are tons of smokers here, and their cigarette/marijuana smoke gets in the vents and your apartment will smell like it. -You pay a high flat fee for utilities every months, but there have been over a dozen times I have been without water without warning. You will not get reliable utilities here. You will pay the full price for all utilities that are not provided. -I have been woken up every morning from Monday-Saturday for consecutive months due to all the ridiculous amounts of construction they do to desperately try and hold their failing apartment complex together. The construction is LOUD and it is happening ALL THE TIME. -The apartment itself isn't a particularly nice and most everything seems old and used. The pictures and units they show you are deceiving - there are several older units not nearly as nice as they make their place look when they show you. - Provided facilities are not reliable - the laundry room washers have broken on me and the only time I tried to go to the Jacuzzi it was closed. -A lot of the people living here are sketchy. This isn't entirely Solara's fault but don't be surprised if you have to call the police at 3am because your entire building is woken up from the sound of someone beating their girlfriend (true story). It is not a fun environment to be in here. -All of this is made much worse by management. I'm a low maintenance resident and haven't ever had problems dealing with landlords or front desk office staff, but every interaction I have had AFTER I signed the lease and moved in has been awful. They ignore questions and are unresponsive even when they initially begin the conversation. I was inhaling gas for the first month living here because of a gas leak in my apartment that maintenance forgot to fix after I reported it. There are errors with their online payment system they just started (realistically these should be fixed by the time you move in) and they are awful about dealing with them. I have been overcharged with fees due to their issues with the online payment.. I will not be renewing my lease, and I would highly recommend you not signing one to begin with.
