Had a couple of customer service issues a few months back, but they must have fired or retrained the girl since then. The only difficult thing has been getting in contact with anyone at the office on Saturdays. Their voicemail comes on, but couldn't reach anyone we needed to speak to the service tech. My suggestion would be to have someone available to speak to, and a way to contact the technician to confirm he is coming.
We have had several service techs over a year's time and they have all been terrific. We had a huge issue with black widow spiders, and since Green Mango, we haven't seen a single one. They also eliminated the fire ants, and significantly reduced the pincher bugs and flies outdoors.
