If zero stars was an option that's what I would give the emergency department. I visited yesterday and from the moment I walked in the door I was disappointed with the care that I recieved. I left knowing I needed to go somewhere else to get what I needed. I called them today to speak with the over seeing doctor, Dr. Douglas Ross, just to make sure it was normal for my symptoms to get worse after starting the medication I recieved from the "doctor" yesterday. He was rude over the phone, insisting that I was getting upset when I was only concerned about my health. Somehow the doctor mentioned symptoms that I never even had. I am astonished with how unprofessional everyone I came into contact with was. I would also like to add that my blood pressure was elevated (rightfully so) upon discharge and recheck was only documented. It took over an hour just to get my prescriptions and my pharmacy was closed. I hope they don't see anything too serious in there because I don't think anyone in that department has more than half a brain.
