  • Thought I would try out this salon since my other salon charges so much. I was so upset with my results after my appointment. I just wanted heavier blonde on top since I had more of an ombré look. My hair is pretty naturally dark. The stylist decided to add a base to lighten my dark hair, which in turn turned my hair orange. I told her that I was unhappy with the results and she happily said she would fix it. Awesome! This was the first time I actually didn't leave without saying something. She added more blonde to eliminate the orange. At this point my scalp is in fire mode. The end result was Yellow. It wasn't the service as they were very nice, but it was the quality. The stylist and another person then pretty much blamed the results on me being pregnant. At that point I was internally upset that anyone would say that, let alone a professional business. I unfortunately will not be going back due to the quality of service not the service itself.
