  • First off - great sandwich, one of the best in the area. The bread and cold cuts are top quality. The ambiance is pretty poor. And this is why I dinged them - service is horrid, incredibly slow, they take forever to get anything done, and they let the phone ring and ring, there are usually 3-5 ppl milling about behind the counter but it doesn't speed anything up. If I arrive and notice two ppl waiting ahead of me, I leave, because I don't have 45 minutes to wait for a sandwich to be made. Again, the food is great, ambiance poor and the service kills this place.
