I originally had booked a hotel down the road but when I saw the location I changed it to the sleep in because it was in a more popular area with plenty of eating options around the area. I checked in after a long car ride from raleigh in snow ice and rain. The guy at the front counter Toran was very friendly and helpful we chatted for a few before I went up to my room. I was on the 4th floor which was good because it kept me away from the noise of the main highway in front of the hotel. The room itself was small and the bathroom layout wasn't impressive at all,the sink was outside between a partition separating the bed from the sink then the toilet and shower was in a small niche with in wall door. I.did not like that layout at all. The bed was comfortable and sturdy sheets appeared clean (sorry I didn't have a black light nor would I want to know lol) the fridge was ok and the rest of the layout was very comfortable. I will say this there was not shampoo or conditioner for me so I had nothing to was my heart from the cigar lounge I had just visited. The buffet Breakfast the next day was fresh the eggs were well cooked and sausage decent, you get to make your waffles fresh and coffee was good. It was a good spread for it to be complimentary. I will definitely be staying at the sleep in again if given the chance. I just might bring my own shampoo and conditioner or ask as soon as I check in.
