rev:text	I just cannot say enough good things about this office. They always go above and beyond what is expected in order to make sure the patient not only receives outstanding medical care, but is also offered courtesies that are generous and unexpected. They are ALWAYS a pleasure to deal with. I want to say a very heartfelt thank you to Vanessa in the billing dept. who answered my questions this morning with calm, professionalism and generosity. If anyone looks carefully, I have previously written a review that included a complaint about a long wait time. Normally that is to be expected from other offices, but it was the one and only time I experienced it at Arrowhead Health and I would not have written anything if I had not felt so crappy at the time. Not only was I personally contacted immediately about my concerns, but they went out of their way to soothe me. In looking back on the incident, I am glad that the doctors take the time needed for each patient because I know that patient could someday be me. They are not the "5-minutes and go" doctors we see more often these days. The reason we sometimes just can't be squeezed in is because very good doctors are hard to find anymore and are in greater demand. In a way, I am glad that others on here have poor comments and vow to never go back because I know better and I can hoard this office for myself and my family members. I have never met a rude employee and ultimately my concern is with the quality of the physicians anyway. I would follow Dr. Sethi to the moon and back if I had to and I DO drive a long distance for appointments with her. Thank you, Arrowhead Health of Scottsdale. You truly are a top-rate office!
