  • Beware, fraudulent billing practices. This company has an F at the Better Business Bureau for a reason!! I cancelled my membership after the first time I saw the doctor. He was startlingly uninformed about thyroid issues. It was confirmed to me that the account was cancelled. Now, one year later, they took it upon themselves to go into my account and charge me the $149 membership fee. Wen I called about it they said a refund would take 5-10 business days and they blamed me, saying the terms and conditions say they don't actually cancel accounts and will continue to charge you. So, it seems that I will need to call yearly to remind them I do not want their service?? Don't waste your time, just find a regular doctor who doesn't suck you in with the scam of recurring membership fees, whether you want them or not.
