  • Came in on a Saturday around 5pm, and had a good experience. Jason approached us as soon as we walked in the door, and continuously treated us with helpful patience and respect. I'm switching from a Family Plan to a solo one, so of course anything with family has a little drama. Jason was very patient while I was trying to hammer out the details with the other party over the phone, where most people would have started heavy sighing and eye rolling. He even continuously offered different options and suggestions in approaching the changing issues. We went from wanting to get 2 new lines with new phones and a tablet to another couple options TO having to settle for just getting a line with a sim card and having to finalize the rest once we get back to California; yet his demeanor was consistently supportive. To top it all off, he was supposed to be getting off work, but he didn't hesitate to stay behind and make sure all the finishing touches were taken care of. Did I mention this is on a Saturday night? We hit snag after snag, with what should have been a simple process, but Jason and his team made sure we walked away as happy as we could that day. What a great customer service experience! Thank you Boca Park AT&T! (Not a regular here, so I can't vouch for the consistency of service. But from what I observed, all agents seemed very attentive and no customers were waiting around.) **Minus one star, not solely a direct reflection of the store operations** -Only one directly involving an observation with this store: They don't seem to have availability of a variety of products. They have a good stock of the latest phones and products aligned with the promos in the forefront, but that's it. I particularly inquired about smart watches and the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, both unavailable. -Disappointed that Nevada as a whole has eliminated the 2 yr plan, thus we could not finalize and open the lines the way we wanted to. -The Next plan is annoying, as it does NOT save ALL customers money in the long run. It is only convenient for people who are either superficial or tech addicted, and MUST have the latest gear every few months. But if there is a free or other great promo on the phone you want, you don't have tech commitment issues, know you'll stick with this service provider, and want to own the phone within 2 yrs - do the math before you let them brainwash you into following the trend. -AT&T itself has been extremely disappointing this weekend. I have been with AT&T for almost 12 years, and have found out that unless you're the actual primary user, you get absolutely no credit for shoveling money into their pockets for all these years.
