  • The Dakotas is a mix of apt renters and condo owners. After 3 years of living in this complex it is time to move on. I really liked living here and it was nice well it lasted. The location is probably the best thing about living here. The landscapers do an outstanding job keeping up this place, especially the change out of flowers season to season. However, the noise they create from the leaf blowers really sucks! I rented through the owner of the unit I was in so I can't comment much on the front office or maintenance. However, I can say that the staff was always friendly when I picked up packages from the office and answering basic questions. What I won't miss is living on the bottom floor and hearing every single little thing the people above us did. The footsteps from above can get pretty annoying. The amenities are very nice: 2 swimming pools, gym, and theater (never been in it) all are well kept. Very pet friendly! BUG-FREE! I hate bugs but once again kudos to the landscapers the place is virtually bug-free. Overall I'm glad to have lived here.
