  • I don't think there's anything more stressful than trying to find a wedding dress. I have to admit, the second I entered Lillian Lottie I knew I was going to be taken care of. The receptionist asked me all sorts of questions about my wedding and made me feel extremely welcome and important while waiting for my assistant Emily to help me. I'm pretty sure this girl has found her calling. Seriously. She asked me what I was looking for and in minutes pulled like 6 dresses for me to try on. She was so fast and efficient! She helped me try them all on and took pictures for me, etc. I went by myself (by choice- I didn't want the drama of pleasing friends and family) and Emily was very understanding of trying favorites back on, putting others away, etc. In the end, I left without a purchase because I wanted to look at other bridal shops JUST IN CASE. I spent 8 hours in one day, driving all over the valley, to all the other "top shops" in the area. That evening, I knew. It was the dress at Lillian Lottie. I called and made a new appointment and Emily helped me out once again. She suggested that I could get some lace added (free of charge!) in order to completely satisfy me! I love this shop, my dress and Emily! Thank you SO much for making me stress-free and feel like a beautiful bride! Yay!
