rev:text	Horrible service department! They don't follow through with the simplest of things like a phone call. After many unreturned phone calls back I finally get someone on the phone and they tell me my car is ready. Upon arriving they have my family and I wait an additional hour. For what!?! I have no clue! I thought my car was fixed and ready. Absolutely terrible! I'm ashamed I gave this place my business. Never again!
