  • I found Carl on the Internet when I first got my "real" bike about a year ago. He came by in his mobile van and put all the finishing touches on it and tuned it up for me and the bike rode amazingly. I called him a few weeks later to install some accessories (lights, kickstand, water bottle holder etc). Again, an amazing, top notch job. Today, I had to take the front tire off to transport the bike for a ride. I came home and called Carl to find out what was wrong with my brakes and left foot petal and if he could come out and fix the issues. He called me right back and to my surprise informed me that he now has his own shop in town. The best part for me is that he didn't even ask me to bring the bike in, but instead asked me to go to where I keep the bike and he proceeded to talk me through the TWO repairs I needed to do to the bike over the phone. The bike again is in perfect working condition and it cost me nothing more than the time of a phone call. That's the service you can expect if you put your bike in Carl's hand. FYI...I joined Yelp just to write this review!
