  • This was by far one of the worst carpet cleaning jobs I have ever had. After having a remodel I had to take everything out of the kitchen into two rooms and they were there for over nine months. When I started taking the boxes out I noticed dark spots on the carpet, especially in one of the bedrooms. I called Sears to have them clean all four bedrooms since they were there and the other carpets were probably needing it. First of all they do not use a truck mounted system so all the extra in the carpets circulate around the water and go back into the carpets. The smell was not only horrific but the service tech decided to toss all of the water into our guest bathroom toilet bowl! I kept the doors to the bedrooms that were not being used closed with the fan on per the text request. When they dried every dark spot that I was concerned about was still there... Not even lightened up! Although there was a 30 day guarantee I did not want to call them back because I didn't want them back in my house. I have had my carpets cleaned many times by different companies and never had an end result like this. For the money I could have gone anywhere and gotten a very much better result. Mind you two of the rooms are rarely used so they were not dirty to begin with other than the marks from all of The boxes on the floor. Extremely disappointed
