  • Really 4.5 stars. We were on our way to Gordon Ramsey's burger place at Planet Hollywood for a late-afternoon meal. As we walked between Bally's and Paris we came across Le Burger Brasserie. It was about 3:30pm or so. We checked the menu and liked what we saw. We approached the hostess were seated immediately. There were plenty of tables available. The waitress came and took our drink order and returned quickly. We placed our order and within 10-15 minutes we had our food. I had a burger with Swiss cheese and it was fantastic. My wife had the sliders and they were equally delicious. We were especially impressed with the fact that both orders were cooked perfectly to our order. We shared an order of fries and they too were delicious. Overall a great experience - delicious food, great service, pleasant atmosphere and reasonable (for Vegas Strip Casino restaurants). I don't know what it would be like during an extremely busy time, but during our off-peak visit it was fabulous.
