  • I bought a motorcycle tire from them without a problem. Not a great price, but a fair one. I took my old tire off and wanted to put the new one on myself. I bought some new tools and I wanted to practice using them. It turned out I didn't have enough time to do this so... I asked a friend to take my rim and the new tire to have it mounted and balanced. When she approached the employee with this request he scoffed and said, "Yea I remember that guy wanting to do it himself, we all kinda chuckled at him". He came out to the car to retrieve the rim and tire from my friend's truck and he said, "Wow I am surprised he was able to even get the old tire off the rim!" The employee was incredibly insulting and unprofessional and that's why I am giving such a bad review for this place. Terrible customer service. I will never return here. Check out another shop if you don't want to be laughed at and thought to be an idiot.
