  • wish there was a dislike or miserable failure icon. not sure how express my frustration and dislike about this crocked company? called these on Saturday informing them my gas boiler is not working , they told me " they will assign my case to a local plumber" , and they have 24 to 48 respond , that local plumber was located over 70 miles away! not sure why they couldn't find anyone locally ? anyway when I asked why isn't this an emergency and I don't have hot water, I can't take shower. How am I to take a shower? I was told to boil water. Any way after 2 day the local plumber arrivers, he didn't even know how to open the cover to the boiler, I had to show him how to open the cover. He calls his boss, his boss had to trouble shot over the phone. finally, he says I have order the part, it may take anywhere from the 24 hours to 2 weeks for the part to arrive. When I asked him why? His response was "this is how the real world / life works. I asked him to leave the property and never come back. I called a local plumber in town, he arrived within an hour or so, and upon his arrival he diagnosed the issue and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. STAY AWAY FROM THIS MISRABLE COMPANY AND UNPROFFESINAL PEPOLE. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. THIS MISRABLE COMPANY IS FRAUD. I PLAN ON CALLING THE NEWS STATION AND PUT THE SPOT LIGHT ON THEM.
