  • No wait, but I am a seasonal resident who needed to get my car emission tested for my home state, which I called and said I could do so in AZ. The rude, taciturn man who was going to test my car would not listen to my questions about how I would go about getting an out-of-state car tested. He didn't ask for my paperwork, just kept repeating, "Do you want to get tested or not?" and told me he didn't know the laws of other states and whether this would count as an official test or not. He was fine with taking my money but not with looking at my paperwork. He gave me no time to decide, telling me that there were people behind me and I needed to move on if I wasn't going to get it tested. Of course, I needed some time to think and probably call the other state. I drove away rather rattled.
