I went in may, I took my bike in on a Saturday and they told me they might be able to get to it Saturday then they are closed Sunday but for sure start it on Monday. Which I was perfectly okay with they told me it'd be done that Wednesday and at true latest Thursday. I was happy with that (they were putting new fairings on olds were already taken off) I hadn't received a call on Friday so I called and was told it hadn't been started yet. Then I was annoyed. I also bought a power commander 5 from turn socket. The install price was another $80. I figured it was more incentive to finish the bike. I was wrong I wait another week to get my bike back. My tail light was cracked. Bike is not tuned correctly. Front fairings weren't on correctly. Looks like he got annoyed and just put screws where ever they wanted or pissed a couple spots to put screws at all. Then for my headlight housing they used wood screws. didn't get my power commander connecting cable back either. Then called to see if they had it. I was told that the guy that worked on my bike no longer works there and they don't keep cables, but told me it's just like a normal phone charger. I have an iPhone I told him and he replied oh well you can get them at the store. Yes thank you me spending 480 before tax on this product I don't deserve what it comes with. This shop is unprofessional and I was very disappointed when I received my bike. I didn't want to have them fix it because they messed it up once why would I want them to do that again? If I didn't have another vehicle what would I have done for two weeks?
