| - Until yesterday, we were pleased with this place. We've had our car washed there about a 12-15 times. Yesterday, there was one car ahead of me at the beginning and there were two cars being dried and detailed. I was there for 40 minutes and they ignored my car after it went through the wash for about 35 of those. After it had sat with the door open running down the battery for about 10 minutes, a guy finally started working on it. Of course, by then it had drip lines and spots where the water had dried. After a couple of minutes he stopped and joined two others working on a car that pulled in just a couple of minutes prior (that is, after I had been waiting for 10 minutes). Of course, he left the door open still. When I asked the woman at the register why nobody was working on my car, she went out and had the original guy go and finish it. Yes, one guy is all who ever touched my car after my it had been washed. He evidently had sprayed the windows, but never dried them off, leaving chemical spots on them. And there was dirt that had never been wiped off the kick panels and sill plates. Not good. 40 minutes of battery wear, a missed haircut appointment, and a barely cleaner car is what I have to show for my money and my 40 minutes.
