  • This is an "old-fashioned" company in that they that care about their business and their customers. Their service is great and they cleaned my carpets with diligence (multi-step process). Frankly, I don't know if they are more or less expensive than others as I've only used them but their price seems reasonable to me. And, no off-putting up-sells that I've heard about with other firms. Good job, J2
