  • We recently moved here from the Midwest. I've been with State Farm since I was 16 (in my 40s now), and I have NEVER had an agent who would score more than three stars . . . until Sean. He spent a ton of time reviewing our coverage, transferring our policies, and ensuring we had everything we needed and wanted. He also managed to be extremely patient with our highly demanding children. Unfortunately, the bank with our mortgage made an error and started charging us for their house insurance on top of the coverage we have through State Farm, which they had proof of at closing. Big fiasco. Anyway, Sean and his office contacted them, sent confirmation emails from prior to closing to prove it was a bank error, etc. He also followed up to make sure I didn't need anything else. Sean has AMAZING customer service skills, which are lacking in many professionals today. I recommend him and his office highly if you are looking for honest and hardworking professionals to assist with your insurance needs.
