  • The historical building and Art Deco architecture was beautiful. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and modern and clean. I love all the windows in the rooms for all the natural light in the morning. This location is amazing, it is 8 mins walk from a CVS, 5 mins walk to a dunkin donut (on N Central Ave) and another 5 mins walk to the Starbucks inside the Renaissance Hotel next door on East Adam. My family & I did not have to spend any $$$ on the hotel breakfast and we just walk over to the Starbucks and Dunkin Donut to pick up our coffee and breakfast and onto our next Stop. Its 5 mins to a bunch of restaurants raning from French, Thai , and Japanese. It is .5 mile from the Arizona Science Museum and .3 mile from the symphony hall. I stayed in the corner room and my parents stay in the adjacent room. The corner room was bigger and the bath room had windows too so it help you to wake up with the natural light. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in this area.
