  • I, like the previous posts, initially had a horrible experience here (I was there for about an hour, waiting for a manager to arrive from another location). I've walked out, too. It is a small store, if you don't have time or patience; I'd recommend the Craig Road or Cheyenne stores. These were the alternatives for me. Today, Esther was able to help me even though my attitude was less than stellar upon arrival. She was friendly and helpful; explained the solution to my problem and corrected it.
