  • Stay here just about every other week for business travel - the service here is about as good as it gets! Staff are always beyond accommodating, whether you need something brought up to your room, a shuttle ride downtown or just a simple dinner recommendation. Bartenders are excellent as well. If you are a Starwood member and looking for a place to stay in Cleveland, you may be swayed by the luxuries of the Westin. I too have made that mistake, and usually end up checking into a dirty room and/or waiting over 30 minutes for valet parking the next morning. Thanks to the Aloft staff for always making my travel weeks in Cleveland feel like a home away from home! Definitely the place to stay downtown Cleveland.
