  • Horrible customer service. I booked a room for a price which included all taxes and fees. When I check out, they give me a completely different price and try to tell me that the price in my reservation was wrong. For some reason, the front desk lady didn't seem to comprehend that I reserved the room at a certain price and that would be the price that I was going to pay. I had to get the manager to fix the problem because the front desk lady was an idiot. It's a shame they have terrible customer service because the hotel was nice.
