  • TERRIBLE RESORT. I wish I could put no stars but I have to put at least one. My stay started by the security guard barging into the room after I asked for pillows. He was rude and very unprofessional. Second off, my truck was STOLEN out of the front parking lot. Yes, stolen. When we notified security they proceeded to inform us that there are NO CAMERAS to "protect the privacy of the guests". What happens if someone were to get raped or murdered in their parking lot. We called the cops and they also informed us that 30 trucks have been stolen from the area in the past 2 months. After all of this has happened, they still don't have any cameras. Sheraton should have compted my 2 suite 2 night stay at this world renowned resort that "celebrities stay at all the time". My own personal safety has been violated. And now I have to buy a new truck.
