  • I will never be back. Busy and small environment but that is the least of my worries here. Let me at least tell you the good things: 1) Noodles - Handmade right there and quite delicious. Great texture. 2) Ground Pork - Flavorful and tasty. 3) Mushrooms - Good texture. Now, this all sounds great to start but we are missing one vital component to ramen: THE BROTH. The broth had absolutely ZERO flavor. There was no salt on the table for me to add. As I started looking around I could see that everyone was adding everything they could to this broth. You need chili paste, garlic, soy sauce, etc. It is simply not worth it. It was very disappointing and turned me off to the ramen craze everyone is so gung ho about these days. I will try another place and see if I can be swayed in a more positive direction. I see a lot of people giving this place a positive review so maybe I am crazy but neither myself or the people I was with enjoyed it.
