  • Nice to have a good sushi bar close to us. I enjoyed the black rice. very mild & good flavor. I ordered the echo lunch special and some of the nigiri sushi fish was too tough to cut with my chopsticks. That is not normal, and I will try them again & hope that was just a fluke. The flavors were good, as well as good service. If the fish had been more tender, I would have given them 5 stars. Hopefully, next time I will be able to do that.
