  • Horrible service in the back end. All i go for is a tire pressure check and fill. Every time i go they only have 1 guy servicing while around 5 cars wait for air. The reason i am giving one star however is their total lack of awareness for whats around them. Last week i came to discount tires and pulled right up to the air check and shut my engine off. There were alot of guys in the shop some would just look at my car and look away i watched the time and sat there 12 minutes before i honked so they knew i was here. Again ignored. I waited 5 more minutes before i got out of the car and walked straight up to one of them and asked for help. They were too busy pulling cars into the shop and using profane language and flipping each other off while pulling the cars up. Totally not work appropriate. Where is the manager at?? They must have had a big issue withe walking up to them in their shop but almost 20 minutes of waiting is just ridiculous and i had places to be. The guy just told me to wait and theyd be right with me. But at least 3 guys were just standing around. Then they came over filled up my air and told me to wait it out about 10 miles for the light to shut off. It didnt shut off. I ended up just taking it to my dealership and i told them what they said and they laughed. They said that the light shuts right off if done correctly and it was off when i left that dealership. Ive been to this discount tires location 2 times now for air and i am just not impressed. It doesnt seem like any of the guys know how to fill the air. Firat time i went they filled up the tires too much and the dealership had to fix it. And this time he didnt even check what levels the tires needed to be at ao there wasnt enough air. I wont be back if i can help it. Ill just call the manager if this happens again.
