  • Went to Horny Toad for lunch with my wife one more time (no more)! We have ALWAYS had poor to deplorable service at this restaurant. I think we walk in here with a sign on our foreheads saying "don't wait on these people". I had the (all you can eat?) fish fry and my wife had the tacos. The breading on the fish was hard and difficult to eat and the fish was tough. The fries had a strange taste. My wife's tacos were dripping in grease - actually dripped grease on the table. This place is way overpriced but if you want to experience because of its reputation of the past be my guest. If you want a good fish fry Heart & Soul still has the best one! Being from the Midwest I guess I consider myself a bit of an "officianado"!
