  • My father-in-law recently told me about Summit Cleaners. I went in with two dressess and a 60% off coupon that I printed from their webpage. The lady at the front was totally incompetent and could barely figure out what the price would be for each dress. When she finally figured it out, I brought up the coupon. She said that I would only get 10% off instead of 60% off because the prices were already 50% off. I told her that she needed to quote me a regular price or show me a price list. She couldn't produce a price list and said that she couldn't explain why. I asked her to call her boss and her boss just said "no" and hung up. What kind of customer service is that? I was extremely disappointed with the pricing ($18 to dry clean a coctail dress) and the service was horrible. I will never go back.
