  • Was given Ephraim ' s name and number by a neighbor after asking if they knew of anyone good with carpets as we have a couple of dogs and a daughter that aren't the neatest. We have used a few other companies to mixed results. With company coming, I was desperate to get it done and Ephraim came to our rescue. He answered Wednesday evening and booked an appointment for Friday morning. He professionally confirmed his appointment and showed up promptly at 11. He took the time to walk through everything with my wife and showed her things we didn't even realize. He then set to work and wouldn't leave till everything was perfect. He worked with us to give us the best value for our money and did such an amazing job we booked him to come back the next day and do our couch and upholstered chairs. We couldn't have been more impressed with the quality and professionalism displayed by Ephraim. I will recommend him to everyone I know with pleasure.
