  • Let me start off by explaining why I'm giving 4 stars. The 4 stars go strictly to the doctor. My boyfriend and I came here a little over a month ago for the first time and saw Dr. Bressler. He was great...very nice and friendly! He took the time to listen and also offered me a cheaper option of contacts that would save me a little money. My boyfriend and I both really liked him and were happy with our experience. We ordered glasses and were very happy with what we got. They also offer a nice selection of glasses and prescription sunglasses. As for the office assistants that work in the front...they are not friendly and unprofessional. Some of them are pretty unwelcoming. They ordered me 2 sets of trial contacts, 2 different brands. I was told one was on back order and they didn't know when they would be in. So after a month of waiting I went back in. I overheard the ladies in the back saying how someone should of called me they were on back order but they had them (who knows how long my contacts were sitting in their office) and that they should just apologize and explain the situation to me...I heard them saying all of this. She came back out gave me my contacts and hardly apologized for the oversight. I get it mistakes happen but she was not apologetic and could not explain what happened. I needed those contacts and no one took the time to notice they were there. I then asked for the other brand of trials I was supposed to receive. She had no idea what I was talking about and all she said was she would have to research them and sent me on my way. I will only go back for the doctor and because the location is convenient for me. The office assistants need to get organized and step it up.
