  • I am a very upset customer.. Me & my fiancĂ© got a ring at Kay Jewelers. One diamond falls out. Thank goodness I have warranty on it. So I took it to fashion to get it fixed. Later on while I'm at work (I work in a call center so I'm not banging my ring on everything & I don't wear it) I noticed the same diamond is missing.. In the same spot! So I go into the Kays in Downtown Summerlin. I don't quite remember this woman's name. Her name is Lauren I'm not sure.. Was rude. Excuse me .. I wasn't aware that even with my warranty , I had to bring my previous receipt from when I got my ring fixed just so YOUR store can avoid paying a fee... I do not give a damn if your store have to pay a fee to send off my ring. Are you kidding me ? This woman was rude.. Not helpful.. And she was giving attitude. Come on, You don't tell a customer that. I didn't let it get to me so I can let it out on this review. The only reason why this is even a 3 star is because a wonderful lady I might spell her name wrong Cheryl was very pleasant, kind, & helpful. She also informed me that if it happens again it's a manufacturer problem. And they can replace it for me. If that's the case I don't even want the ring anymore. A diamond ring. You shouldn't have a missing diamond issue no matter what price it is. I hope when I go back to pick up my ring I expect a better service. Instead of people sitting in the back talking, eating, and being rude.
