I have been here a couple of times and I'll most likely be back because I love that I can trust the meatballs to be GF but probably just for takeout due to poor service and a server spilling soup resulting in burns.
Food: I order the #1 Pho and A1 spring rolls with shrimp & pork. The pho is pretty good here and it's one of the only places that I can safely eat the beef meatballs knowing they are gluten free so that's nice. The pho is definitely the star dish here... spring rolls are OK but probably wouldn't order again.
Service: I don't expect a lot as far as service goes at any Vietnamese restaurant around town, however I would expect that when the server spills your piping hot bowl of pho all over the table and onto your lap and burns you that they at least wipe up the soup that is all over the table (or maybe bring you extra napkins or a towel to do so without having to be asked). Also, if I was an owner/manager and my server were to do so, I would be a little bit apologetic and maybe offer a discount or comp something... just a thought considering the fact that a significant amount of soup was spilled on a customers lap causing burns (I would post a photo to show but they are in places not appropriate for Yelp). They did give us a $4 discount on a $55 bill after we mentioned the spilled soup, but regardless... I get accidents happen. But typically it would (and should be) handled better.
