  • We had a great little house in Phoenix that we had made several upgrades to, but recently we decided that it was time to move on. Our job takes us out of town a lot. We knew that we would be moving out-of-state and did not want to deal with keeping the house ready to view. We also knew that we did not want to move all of our household goods and have to stage the house, then wait for an offer. After finding out about Opendoor this past September and entering information about our house on their website, we received a very good offer from them (more than we expected!) and set a date to close. The entire process was amazing and took away so many of the hassles that we would have had to deal with using a conventional sale. We closed the sale on a Friday and had our payout the following Monday. They may not be the answer for everyone, but for us Opendoor was definitely a great way to go!
