  • What the heck?! That's what I asked myself after I had just one bite of the Old Fashioned Carrot Cake. By bite number three, I knew I'd lied to myself about eating only half of the 3x4 inch cut of fabulous cake with the incredible frosting. Sitting in its little plastic container, this cake is disguised as some store bought thing you might not remember eating. Once you open it and take that first bite, you know better! The cake is moist and every flavor has come together to make your tastebuds sing. The frosting is perfect--not adding too much sweet to an already well balanced cake. I bought this one at the Rhino Market in uptown (one of the best places ever, on Church Street) and ate the whole thing in one sitting. I am a better person for it! Go get yours!
