  • Up until now, I've been mostly disappointed with 'celebrity' bars and restaurants. Most are big on name hype, low on flavor. Cabo Waco Cantona changed that for me. The drinks area bit pricey, however, they did deliver on flavor and size. The Queso Fundida was cheesy and a good portion for an appetizer. The jalapeño line chicken was large enough for two, and not SO spices that it was inedible. Plenty of Sammy memorabilia and a great waitstaff make this a sure bet on the Vegas strip (sorry, couldn't avoid the pun!)
