  • I've been coming here for over a year and I do enjoy the service I receive. I actually drive in from out of town to get my nails done here so that should say a lot! I have only had two pedicures done here, one underarm wax, but I consistently go to get my nails done. I always ask for Nancy and I get the Bio Gel nails done (either a fill or a new set put on). Nancy is so nice and she does a terrific job. Since I am coming in from out of town I always make an appointment to ensure I have no problems getting what I want done. Sometimes the salon can be really loud and busy and other times it is quiet and relaxing. It seriously just depends. John, who runs the show, is really nice and always remembers my name. The reason I only gave four stars is because I had one problem there (when I first started going) and it was when I had made a nail appointment for a fill and to do some nail art and there must have been some confusion when the appointment was made because when I went they didn't have it documented that I wanted a fill plus the nail art. There were words exchanged in their own language and I felt the tension between the two workers. I actually felt bad and even said to forget about it I would come back another time to do the fill. It wouldn't have been so bad if I didn't get confronted by the one girl Michelle (who was obviously the one that took my appointment) and she was rude and said to me I never made an appointment for the services I asked for. I know what I made an appointment for so I didn't appreciate being called a liar. Regardless, for the location and for the price the salon does a fabulous job and I will continue to go there.
